Every once in a while, things get messed up, no matter how careful we are.
I ran a Valentine's Day Groupon reflexology special for individuals or couples. Groupon wanted to call it massage. I
took the word massage out of the ad everywhere they had inserted it when I submitted it, and explained to Groupon
that I am a Naturopath, not a Massage Therapist, I can do some types of body work, I do not do Massage, I cannot
claim to do Massage, Reflexology is not Massage. Today, it was brought to my attention by an extremely irate
potential client who was demanding "full body massage for couples" under the Groupon special because my ad says
"Reflexology Massage." Groupon arbitrarily added the word "Massage" back into the ad. I notified them again that
the word "Massage" has to be removed from the ad. It is illegal for me to do "Massage" or advertise that I do
"Massage." I do Reflexology. I don't do Massage. They are two different disciplines.
